They come from an action, but the action actually is triggered by a thought that is built on emotion. The strongest actions, with the highest power, are driven by strong emotion, and be it anger, be it, love, be it passion, be it a determination to lose this 20 pounds of weight that you don't want. Whatever it is, the emotion directs the result.
